If you plan to volunteer in any capacity this year, you MUST ATTEND the Volunteer Orientation Breakfast on  August 26th at 8:30am.  This is a time to come in  and find out what the PTA has in store for the  2008/2009 school year.

BACKGROUND CHECK INFORMATION

Volunteers, in you plan to be a mentor, work in the classrooms or chaperone on any field trips, you must have a background check. (per Martin County School District Policy)  The cost is $24, which can be paid with cash or check made payable to CLE along with a complete background check form.

Your background check must be updated every two years. Please come by the school office to complete the background check form.  If you need financial assistance to have the background check, please speak with our volunteer coordinator for PTA assistance.  The background check is valid from another school in the Martin County School District.  Check with the office if you are not sure if your background check is expired.  Thank you for your cooperation in this program.
