What We Are Working On Now:

This week in reading : We are reading Little Brave: A Traditional Sioux Folktale

The reading skills we are focusing on is: Cause/Effect, Compare/Contrast, and Plot development

The reading strategy we are working on is: using our Reading Checklist to remind us to reread for comprehension

Robust Vocabulary (words that students will be orally introduced to)-    

We will be reviewing various Robust Vocabulary words through role play

In Language Arts:  we are studying complex sentences

In Writing we are studying "Exciting Endings"

In math we are studying multiplication and division

In Science we are studying Ecosystems

In Social Studies we are studying Thanksgiving

Notes:

Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!!!!!

Home Activities: 

Students should be working on their Science Fair project. Students will be expected to bring in their graph or information/data that is to be graphed on Thursday, Dec. 3rd.
